Waters Wears: Handmade Top Layered Over Dress

I tried out a new way to wear this top I made by layering it over a favorite dress, and I like how it turned out! I love the way the embroidery colors pop against the grey.The bit of warmer weather made it a great opportunity to try this outfit out.
