I am a surface pattern designer and illustrator with a focus on bespoke, hand-drawn illustrations. My style takes inspiration from vintage floral and fashion illustration. While I am a digital artist, my process draws from traditional pencil and watercolor techniques. I love “imperfect” line art and playing with textures and patterns.

I love creating something unique and warm for small businesses and brands, whether that be seamless patterns for fabric, wallpaper, and stationery, or custom, branded illustrations for products like t-shirts, tote bags, and stickers. I also have an ever-growing collection of seamless patterns and designs available for licensing.

Art licensing is when an artist (me) and a client come to a formal agreement that the client can use the artist’s work on goods or products in exchange for payment.
The artist retains copyright and the work can only be used on the goods or products specified in the agreement.
Non-exclusive licensing means that the artist can license the same art or design to multiple clients at the same time. This can mean the work can be licensed by multiple clients for the same type of goods or products, however, exclusivity to one good or product type can be worked out during the agreement process (ie. only one client has rights to use the work on apparel, while the artist can still license the work to other clients for paper goods). Non-exclusive licensing is typically the more affordable licensing option.
Exclusive licensing gives the client the sole right to use the licensed work during the period of time agreed upon, meaning no one else can license that work from the artist for any goods or products during that time. Because of this, exclusive licenses sell at higher rates than non-exclusive licenses.
